Michigan Smallmouth Bass Fishing (Lake Charlevoix)

Smallmouth bass fishing Lake Charlevoix the last week of August, and trying to make the most of real windy week. It’s hard to beat Northern Michigan Smallmouth fishing. The only problem the weather can get in the way sometimes on Lake Charlevoix. Fished both Arms of Charlevoix on the South end trying to avoid some of the wind. Drop shot, Jerkbait, and crankbait fishing did well. Managed to put together a couple patterns that put some fish in the boat.
