Fall Bass Fishing with a Whopper Plopper (Topwater Bass Fishing)

It’s time for some fall bass fishing with a Whopper Plopper! Topwater bass fishing isn’t exactly my strong suit, but I am still out there practicing. Today I am using a baitcaster and 12 lb mono line to fish a whopper plopper from the bank. At the first fishing spot, I manage to catch a largemouth bass weighing maybe 1lb on its best day. Then I hop to a couple of other locations and manage to catch two more. While today’s bass weren’t very big, they still give me hope for this fall. I had a good time out there fall bass fishing with a whopper plopper.
